- Return and Exchange Approval: Once we receive your request, we will review your order and condition of the product. Your return or exchange request will be processed after the successful Return to Origin (RTO) and inspection of the product.
- Refund: If your return request is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days (7 days) for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
3. Exchange Process
- If you wish to exchange the product for another item, we will process the exchange after verifying the condition of the returned product.
- The customer is responsible for paying shipping charges for the exchange item.
4. Sale Items
- No Returns on Sale Items: Products purchased during sales or promotional offers are not eligible for return.
- Exchange Only on Sale Items: Customers may only exchange sale items and will be responsible for paying any shipping charges associated with the exchange.
5. Non-Returnable Products
